OUR PEOPLE

Shannon Grube, Principle

Shannon Grube is the driving force behind BioShark and its vision to bring peace of mind to patients, staff and students in hospitals, schools and transit. It’s her vision, passion, and leadership skills that serve as a catalyst for growth. She leverages her 16 years of experience overseeing BlackFin Square to lead BioShark’s efforts to distribute CASPR technology to customers needing to clean the air we breathe indoors. As the devoted mother of two teenage boys, she brings a family spirit to the company and connects with empathy to customers trying to protect the people they serve.  She puts the same heart and passion into her philanthropic work with organizations like OKOA, Samaritan’s Purse and HighTech Ministries.

Chris Parker, COO

Chris Parker brings over 20 years of executive experience with global companies providing technology and financial services. He makes the clear connection between effective technical strategies and prudent spending and savings. His executive focus is to ensure that clients receive state-of-the-art solutions and best in class customer service.
At the same time, Chris devotes himself to family and community service projects. He serves as a board member for OKOA, which is working with the Tim Tebow Foundation to create a shelter for abused women in Uganda. His natural tendency is to help others and he fulfills the personal mission at work, home and non-profit causes. The result is a growing business, a balanced family life and better conditions for people in need.

Laurie Maughon, Business Director

Laurie Maughon puts her heart as well as her vast sales experience into the process of helping clients protect their patients, staff, students and visitors from life-threatening diseases. She thinks of protecting people with quality air to breathe in the same way she protected her two children into adulthood. She also dedicates herself to helping non-profit organizations, such as OKOA Refuge, Samaritan’s Pursue, and Billy Graham Evangelistic Association. She brings passion and expertise to navigating funding sources, explaining the technology, and customizing products to meet customer needs and budgets. It’s the same passion she has as a sports fan for the University of Georgia, Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves, all generated from the roots of attending public schools in Gwinnett County.
